Prenatal / Postpartum Meal Preparation

Nourishing your body during pregnancy and postpartum not only supports you, but your baby as well. As you grow your baby, your nutrient stores are depleted in order to create new life. Now is the time to support yourself with food medicine. Combining my passion for cooking and my education in Holistic Nutrition, I offer meal preparation throughout pregnancy and during the sacred postpartum time.
I offer meal preparation for prenatal and postpartum families, or any family needing this type of support. For all offerings, I prepare the meals in your home. When you inquire, we will discuss which recipes you'd like me to make, either from my menu or recipes of your choosing. Everything is customizable to meet your dietary preferences or restrictions. We will schedule a time for me to come to your home to prepare the foods. You only need to provide basic cookware and the containers to store the food in! This can happen on a weekly, bimonthly, or as needed basis.
