Birth Doula Support
Doula support has shown to decrease the need for interventions, lessen pain, lead to better birth outcomes and an overall better birth experience.

Three prenatal appointments where we will go over your birth vision in detail, discuss fears, previous experiences and excitements, what to expect during labor, practice comfort measures for labor, explore relaxation techniques, and cultivate a trusting relationship between one another. ​

24/7 phone/email support during pregnancy to answer questions and access to my labor, birth and postpartum preparation file

On call for the birth starting at week 37​
​
In person (or virtual) support at your birth, offering hands on comfort techniques, massage, prioritizing and communicating your birth preferances and words of empowering encouragement.​

One postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth
​
Continuous phone/email support during the two weeks after birth​

Postpartum Support
in reverence of the mother-baby dyad

Healing support after birth, newborn norms education, lactation, feeding, infant sleep, light housekeeping, light meal prep, infant care, mother care, herbal support, spending time with baby so parent(s) can nap/self care, sharing resources.

16 hours of care within first two weeks after birth

Three, 4 hour visits per week for the first forty days of your postpartum period.
