It is one of my greatest passions and callings to offer healing, family centered, postpartum care.
In this special time of learning and un-learning, my greatest wish is for mothers and families to be held and cared for through this Great transition, centered on their wellbeing. This work is not just for now, but for the future capacity to thrive. This healing support after birth includes herbal remedies, gentle massage, and nourishing homecooked meals; education on newborn care, lactation and sleep; light housekeeping; infant care so the parent(s) can get much needed rest; sharing resources; and most of all supporting the birth of the new family constellation.
The physiologic requirements for postpartum are the same as they were 1000+ years ago. Tending to these needs allows a mother to Thrive.

Doula support from Pregnancy& Birth to meeting your Baby
Doula support has shown to decrease the need for interventions, lessen pain, lead to better birth outcomes and an overall better birth experience.

Three prenatal appointments where we will go over your birth vision in detail, previous experiences and excitements, what to expect during labor, practice comfort measures for labor, explore relaxation techniques.

Our third meeting before your birth will be a mini, private mothers blessing. A pamper session of loving-care from my hands & heart to your body & soul. Centered in releasing fears, relaxation, and further preparing you for the portal you are about to walk through.

Check-in phone calls throughout your pregnancy to help you navigate your care & ensure you are feeling supported
24/7 phone/email support during pregnancy to answer questions and access to my labor, birth and postpartum preparation material

On call for the birth starting at week 37​
