This work is not just for now, but for the future capacity to thrive. This healing support after birth includes herbal remedies, gentle massage, and nourishing homecooked meals; education on newborn care, lactation and sleep; light housekeeping; infant care so the parent(s) can get much needed rest; sharing resources; and most of all supporting the birth of the new family constellation.

Doula support has shown to decrease the need for interventions, lessen pain, lead to better birth outcomes and an overall better birth experience.

Three prenatal appointments where we will go over your birth vision in detail, discuss fears, previous experiences and excitements, what to expect during labor, practice comfort measures for labor, explore relaxation techniques, and cultivate a trusting relationship between one another. ​

24/7 phone/email support during pregnancy to answer questions and access to my labor, birth and postpartum preparation material
